Creating a User for Your Agency Main Contact
Here's how you can create a user for your agency's main contact, who should have the ability to manage user access for their team:
Click on the Settings icon on the top right hand side of the screen:
Then, click on Users & Teams on the left hand side of the screen:
Then click create user towards the top right-hand side of the screen:
Type in Josh.davis@marketingallday.com (or the person's email you're looking to add), then click on next:
Then click on “Actions” and then click “Make Super Admin”
Looking to make an existing user a super admin?
Is this person already a user? Simply find the user, click on “Actions” and then click “Make Super Admin”
