How to use PDF Create Mate

A step by step guide on how to use PDF Create Mate

To get started, you will want to click into the company you wish to generate a PDF from. In the lefthand menu, you will want to find the property that says Generate PDF for templates. You will then select the name of the template from the menu.

Click on this then click on "save" in the bottom left. This will generate the PDF and usually just takes a moment. 

Next, you will want to go to the attachments section on the right side of the screen. You will want to click on "Add" then click on "Existing file in HubSpot".

The PDF will be the most recently created one that appears under the recently uploaded tab. 

 

To rename it, you will want to hover over the line and click on details, then click on the little pencil icon next to the PDF name. 

Once renamed, you can attach the PDF simply by clicking on the file name on the recently uploaded tab.

To view the PDF, you can just click on the name under the attachments section on the right.
