A step by step guide for creating channels and teams in HubSpot.
In order to make the most out of the Teams Integration, as well as set up automated Teams messages, you will need to do the following two items.
Creating A Team in HubSpot
Under General Settings, click on the Global Settings tab. When the integration is first set up, there will be no connected teams by default.
You will need to go into Teams and complete the setup process to make sure that teams have been added in your Teams account.
Once this is done, you should be able to see all of the connected teams above.
Creating A Channel In HubSpot
To start creating a teams channel, you will want to select your connected inbox and then scroll to the bottom. You will see the two below options.
Since Teams has already been installed, you can click the connect app button. Follow the steps to complete this process.
Once Teams has had teams set up and is connected to an inbox, you are now able to automate the sending of Teams messages through workflows.
